Stuart J. Telford

Stuart came to Coffey in November of 2008 and is currently one of two Engineers in Training (E.I.T.) at the company. He comes to Coffey from Arizona where he worked both in the private and public sectors. Stuart began in the field gaining construction experience as an inspector for the Arizona Department of Transportation (internship) and then moved into design work as an entry-level engineer at a private consulting firm in Tucson, AZ.

Stuart has extensive experience in AutoCAD LDD, Civil 3D 2009-11, and he has primarily done design work at Coffey, producing work ranging from small residential site plans to full commercial construction drawings. He is also proficient in Geographical Information Systems (G.I.S.) software, and provides support in this area for numerous projects. Stuart also has a solid background in hydrological analysis, traffic planning and design, and utility modeling.

Stuart received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.
Stuart passed the Fundamental of Engineering (FE) Exam in the Spring of 2009, EIT 5273.
Stuart is an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician- Grade 1 ID # 01188619.
Stuart is a Portland Cement Concrete certified technician in accordance with the Wyoming Materials Technician Certification Program, Cert # 5461.
