Robert J. Coffey
1945-2004
Joel graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming in 1980.  His Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering served him well and he became an L.S. (Professional Land Surveyor) in 1984 and a P.E.
(Professional Engineer) in 1987.  He joined the Wyoming Chapter of the National Society of Professional
Engineers and served as the Wyoming Chapter President from 1990-1991.  He was also an active member
of the Wyoming Engineering Society from 1983 up until  his death.  Joel considered himself very fortunate
to reside in Wyoming and was proud to call Laramie his home.  His love of the land was reflected in his
love of Land Surveying.
He will be missed.
