Mark is a Surveying Services Project Manager at Coffey Engineering & Surveying, LLC.
He has 33 years experience in land surveying, including oil and gas well location, access gravel road design and staking, improvement location certificates, boundary surveys, subdivision land platting, construction staking, retracement surveys, land easement documentation and ALTA surveys. Mark has supervised up to six survey crews at a time, and has worked with municipalities and contracting firms providing research, field work, calculations, document recording, budget preparation and contract administration. He is skilled in the use of GPS for mapping, RTK, STATIC, conventional survey methods and associated data collection techniques. Mark is proficient at Intellicad for Windows, and AutoCADD & Civil 3D, Land, Desktop and TGO.
 

As the former owner of a surveying company in Colorado, Mark knows
a good team when he sees it – like his solid survey crew at Coffey.

 
Mark received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He is a registered professional land surveyor (CO#25619) and an engineer in training (WY#12061). Mark is taking additional surveying courses through the University of Wyoming, and his affiliations include Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado, Professional Land Surveyors of Wyoming – Laramie Valley Chapter, and National Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
