existing above-ground electrical power line
-
acquired a preliminary land plat
for the airpark from the City of Laramie
-
designed and obtained City approval
for water and sanitary sewer service lines
-
designed and obtained City approval
for grading and storm water management facilities for the first building in the
new park
-
worked to resolve airpark boundary
issues required for final land plat submission
Ongoing benefits:
Coffey to transform the unused parcel of land into a
thriving economic and learning destination. Due to Coffey’s strong working
relationship with City, County and State regulatory staff, the project’s zoning
and permitting approval process was highly streamlined. The project is on
schedule and under budget, and is poised to eventually provide sustainable
income for the airport, and tax revenue, jobs and learning opportunities to the
Laramie
community.
