Coffey Engineering & Surveying, LLC (CES) is a consulting firm, serving Laramie, Northern Colorado, and the State of Wyoming.  CES provides comprehensive surveying services which are complimented by engineering capabilities.  Our knowledge of engineering allows us to provide a higher level of surveying service than a traditional surveying firm.   Coffey Engineering & Surveying, LLC is a third generation company with a long history in southeast Wyoming. The company was originally started in approximately 1951 and has been known most recently as Coffey & Associates, LLC.  Coffey & Associates, LLC was owned and operated by Joel Coffey P.E. L.S. Upon the passing of Joel, his son, David R. Coffey has taken over the company and has formed Coffey Engineering & Surveying, LLC.   CES has just celebrated its one year anniversary. Currently, CES employs three (3) registered professional engineers, three (3) registered professional land surveyors, one (1) land surveyor-in-training, two (2) engineering/surveying technicians, one (1) college intern, and two (2) administrative personnel.
